Many of our products are custom orders and made to your specific request, it was not "one of a thousand", we do not produce inventory; it was made
exclusively for you!
When your product is manufactured, it is produced "for you", and because the manufacturer has literally hundreds of combinations, they are not able
to exchange and then resell any of the products. A 30% restocking and cost of shipping will be applied if a item is refused upon delivery.
Therefore, we cannot offer exchanges (except for product defect), credits or refunds.
Return Option:
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your product, or if there is a manufacturing defect with it, (buyers remorse is not
refundable) please contact us immediately. Contact us by e-mail: sales@beyondthecrate.com, detailing the precise nature of your problem. All
materials and workmanship have a warranty period specified depending on the product from the date of purchase, and therefore all repairs are
carried out at no cost to you during this time.
If needed, the "manufacturer" will issue you a return authorization number (RAN), and we will detail the item(s) that you need to return. They have the
right to refuse a return that has been shipped without the RAN, and/or not including the correct documentation.
To return an item for exchange/repair, please follow the following steps:
1. Goods must be return shipped within 30 days of shipping date. Only return the authorized item (product, cushion, pad etc)
2. Use the original packaging and enclose the original documentation.
3. Write the return authorization number (RAN) on the address label on the box. (This number will be given to you )
4. Enclose documentation advising the manufacturer of the problem, and the reason why you are returning the goods.
