Free Shipping is for initial delivery only.
Your order will ship within 7-10 days after your order is processed. For embroidered items or special order
requests, please add three more days. Please remember that many of our products are made to order, especially
for you!
Services Provided
Orders are received 7 days a week. Orders received later in the day, will be processed the following business day.
All weekend orders are processed the next business day. Products are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority
Mail, FedEx® and UPS depending on the manufacturer, to residential and business addresses in the “48
contiguous states”. All shipments are processed by EDI (electronic data interchange) to provide our customers
with an efficient, timely residential delivery. Outside of the Continental USA- All orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Alaska or outside of the Contiguous 48 States of the USA require an additional shipping quote. Please email
us with the city, state, zip code and country.
Shipping Address Changes
Once your order has been submitted, shipping information cannot be changed. Orders are processed very quickly,
and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify any information pertaining to that
particular order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope that in the majority of cases, our
faster processing time works to your advantage
Shipping “Oversize“ Beds
Don't be alarmed! Beyond The Crate pays your shipping one way. Please remember that most of our beds are big
and over-stuffed. Because of this they are shipped as an “oversized” product. Our largest beds (eg. X-Large) are
classed by FedEx® as being “over-max” and therefore ship at the FedEx® maximum 70lb rate. See policy return.
